Hi,

Mistakes happen in my accounts 2015 and 2016 regarding shares

Company house showing 50k shares and accounts we submitted for both years with 100shares

Investment has done properly from personal account to business

Amendment in shares any problem ?

I am planning to apply my visa in July 1st week


Can any one help me on this

If we do the amendment in accounts its shows unpaid shares on 2015and 2016 accounts

It's paid on 2017 accounts

This has no relevance to visa. Your accounts must represent things as accurately as possible. AGAIN, this is an accounting issues not relevant to immigration.

One more thing am planing to submit 2017 accounts (14 months accounts )2016 April to 2017 may

Shares not mataching with my transactions. What should I do ?

Company house showing 50000 invested but am not invested on that time

My accounts showing( 2015, 2016 ) 100 shares

If we request to company house to change that shares to 100


I will submit new 2017 accounts and company house with 50000 shares

I just saw the link but my situation in some thing different
Company house showing when I incorporated the company in 2014 may shares 50000 fully paid

Annual return made to company house in 2015 , 2016 with fully paid 50000 shares

I submitted accounts to hmrc with 100 shares 2015 and 2016

my accountant suggesting me today you dont need to ammend the accounts because ur not invested on that time. you invested the money in 2017 we will submit this accoounts with 50000 shares or will increase some shares before submiting accounts of 2017.

if we submit the ammended accounts (2015,2016)with debtors
you will face more complicate HO will raise so many questions


2017 draft aaccounts we prepared it with fully 50000 shares paid.

Shares allocated at the time of incorporation has nothing to do with investment. Separate set of shares can be allocated for your investment. What your accountant says is correct

Just to be clear, it is not the number of shares but the value of the total shares that matter.

You can have one 1 that has a value of 50000 GBP.

Your accounts will show total share capital in the balance sheet. It should also show what % of shares your hold. Together, it shows how much you invested.

Seems to be normal business activity. Can't imagine why there is even a question about it.

Yes, perfect.
Just the terminology. The right way to say it is:
100 GBP per share
500 shares total
Total share capital: 50000 GBP
But I am sure your accountant has used the right terms in the report
