@zimba88 please help my entrepreneur visa extension being refused they have given me 14 days to apply for AR. But in that course of extension time and i am still under treatment of severe mental illness and cannot go back due to social issues and mental illness. Can i apply for asylum. Please help they have refused my case very badly. What to do next i am so much stressed again that my mental health issues are returning back. please helpppp

They have put lots of objections that i havenot submitted company filing history page or companies house appointment report instead of that i have submitted companies beta. So they have not given me any points for all three categories investment, and job creation. I can provide them with companies appointment repot and filing history page but they are saying no additional documents can be submitted. Moreover they have also objected my interview like i have employed so many person while i was using 1 hotdesk and meeting room. All my work was field sales based so there was no point hiring a big office space. They also said you have got clients but you can not show their transactions in your accounts. How can i show them in the accounts while they were providing me with cheques and lots more allegations.
I have lost my every invesment and hardwork. Ihave little family. Can not return back due to some social issues and totally fed up of entrepreneur extension.What to do now??And now only 1 week time is left. So much stressed.

dont take too much stress and review refusal points and apply AR or make fresh application again,

Home office is cruel but we need to meet all the requirements. I would suggest that you concentrate on 2nd application unless you have very genuine grounds of asylum. They will not even consider your asylum claim of mental illness or social problems. I personally know one case.

Submit AR and in the mean time start working on you 2nd application. It will take approx 28 days for AR.

You need to list the grounds of your refusal from the refusal letter. Did you fail to send the required documents or is there any issue with regards to the genuineness too ? Having or dealing with mental illness or social issues are no grounds for asylum. You will have better chance in a 2nd extension.

You cannot submit new documents for AR, so you must make an argument on the basis of the document you already submitted.

What is your timeline please? Don't be to much pressure as you can apply again or apply for a AR.

*credibility of financial accounts:
"you didnot show transaction from your clients account to your company account"
we cannot show the transactions because most of the transactios were in form of cheques.

*credibility of business activity:
"you still owe money to be paid from your major clients and you have not built any social media marketing and website for your clients being a marketing company"
My clients were small businesses they themselves wanted to be only done leaflets for them not social media marketing and websites for them. We were new in market so the clients wanted to keep their balance due in order to built their trust

"your company name is not consistents as one old HMRc letter provided show the different spelling than yours actual company name spelling"


*credibility of job creation:
"You were having one hotdesk shared office and hiring many employees"
I hired 1 or two employees ata time not many employees at one time. And have meeting room for them. Moreover my employees work in sales field than in office.

I am not sure that you were able to articulate your business needs and decision in your interview. You probably gave them not so convincing answers and let them fill in the blanks themselves. You must have been very detailed in your answers and OFFERED constantly to send them ANY extra documents they wish to see for the proof of your claims and activity. This would have given you much more wiggle room and better ability to defend yourself in case HO goes full retard. Some applicants go COMPLETELY unprepared to the interview to simply hoping that HO will accept them and usually seek advice when the damage has already been done. You must view interview as an opportunity to make a strong case for your company and business

You cannot show money coming in the account ?? Why ?? Did you offer to send the copies of the cheques and the relevant invoices to them ???

You should provide justification for why you do not hire an office space, e.g the high costs of having an office, a shared office works for our needs, ect.

To me you have no chance of wining this in AR as you failed to send the required documents as per rules (in addition to the genuineness concerns)

You need to provide all the evidence for it that funds came from you. However your case and the failings of your applications go far beyond this issue in my opinion as discussed
