Spouse visa payslips- please help

Post by LaylaB » Sat Jun 03, 2017 8:31 pm

Hi, I was hoping someone could please help me out with a question i have. I would like to know if the payslips will have to match the exact date the money/wages was paid into my account.

.i work at a job where my employer pays me but my payslip is given to me a day after e.g this may I was paid on the 30/ 05 and money from my employer was put into my bank accountant on the 30th
. The next day I revive my payslip bit it's dated the 31/05. Will this cause an issue or will the eco understand that the money shown in May bank statement from employer corresponds to pay slip dated 31st of May.

Please can anyone advise me as I'm stressing over this :(

Thank you

Layla

Hi Layla,

should be fine. You need a letter from your employer anyway. Just ask them to explain this in the letter. Also, if they're really helpful, they'll sign the payslips for you as well. My company HR officer did this for me.

Kind regards
Simon
I'm not an expert and only answer from my personal experience and understanding of the rules. Spouse Settlement Visa Granted for my wife July 2017. You should not take my advice as absolute.
