TIER2 applying in the UK CoS or RCoS?

Hi all,

Please accept my apologies, if this question has already been asked.

I currently have a TIER2 General visa, which is valid until 2022.
I have been offered a job (different employer) and I will be applying TIER2 General visa in the UK soon.

This job is not in the shortage occupation list and therefore Resident Labour Market Test has been conducted.

Can you please tell me, if RCoS is needed for my case, or CoS (unrestricted) is enough?

I have searched on the internet, but still I am not sure. My employer is planning to assign a CoS for me. Could you please tell me, if this is acceptable for my case?

Can anyone answer my question please? I believe I just need CoS (unrestricted), but would really appreciate, if someone confirms.

If you're switching employer then its Unrestricted COS.
