EC Query

Post by sahsamp » Sun Mar 09, 2008 5:29 pm

Hi All, i have been a member of the site for a while now and have found it to be very informative and helpful.

After having applied for the HSMP visa i will be required to apply for EC. My question is;

i first travelled to UK in 2002 on a WHM Visa stayed for 2 years though overstayed by 4 months. i then travelled to the UK in Feb 2005 on a 6 month Visitor Visa and stayed for 3 months but did not work only travelled around and stayed at friends place.

When applying for EC will any of the above have consequences when applying for EC for HSMP Visa?

All advice is appreciated. Especially comments from senior members.

Kind Regards

sunny9675, thanks for the advice.

Certainly i dont intend to lie on EC form and dont believe in lying. I would like to know seeing i have overtsayed previously would this hold any influence in me being denied my HSMP visa?

Regards,
