Uk passport holding Russian wants to study

Hi posting here as had great responses from members previously, hope someone can point me in the right direction,. My partner's daughter, Russian mum, British dad has come to visit dad in France and would like to study in UK, always lived with mum in Russia so where can we go, who can we ask what her options are? I don't know where to begin , she is 20, thanks all

A British citizen passport holder has the right of abode in the UK. She may study anywhere at a university in the UK of her choice. Unfortunately, she may be subject to overseas university fees.

In addition to vinny's advice, you should note that she won't qualify for Student Finance due to not being resident in the UK.

Thanks guys , , she just has to decide which course she wants to take then, yes i think i read somewhere that she has to be resident in the UK for 3 years before being eligible for any kind of financial support? I guess we need a careers advisor!

Well it's loan, not a grant as it used to be. Needs to be paid back! If I were her I'd go to Denmark, where it's free and believe it or not your are paid to study (if EU).
