Hi everyone
My inlaws went for their 2 year visit visa to Istanbul on Monday 21/8/17 and paid extra for the priority service but we received an email on Wednsday 23/8/17 saying that it will take longer because "We are unable to resolve your application within these customer service targets, as the processing of your application has not been straightforward. Please be assured that we will continue to progress your application to enable a decision to be made as soon as possible. We will notify you via e-mail once your application has been decided." which I think is runish because they've been to the Uk twice before and have a US greencard too.
Has anyone else had this and how long did it take to get a decision?
