Hi,
My wife is applying for UK general(tier-2) visa. Once she get the stamping on her passport can i also apply for as tier-2 general partner before she flies to UK?or i would be needing her BRP card's copy for visa filing?

Why don't you apply together, it is better that way and is less complicated.

Hi,
My wife is applying for tier-2 general visa. Her earlier visa got rejected due to absence of proof that the BE degree was taught in english. Now i am little bit worried, as there is no one to guide me regarding the docs. ~I have the following docs with me now:
1) new COS letter
2) passport
3) documents from UKNARIC(blue route) stating that the BE degree is equivalent to UK's bachelor's degree and the degree was taught in english and is as per C1 level(UK level).
4) Bank statement having the account of funds.
5) TB test result.
~Please let me know if these are sufficient or anything still missing.
Thanks

Hi,
My wife has applied for Tier-2 general UK visa and it got rejected due to absence of English proof for degree course. Now i am getting new COS for filing another visa application just wanted to know if i need to get my TB test done again or the earlier one can be reused. The `TB test date is 1 july 2017 and expiry date mentioned on it is 1 jan 2018.
Thanks

If applying together, docs should be fine.
English test is NOT required for PBS dependents.

Hi,
Today i got the mail from british high commission:
"Thank you for your UK visa application. A decision has now been made on your application and has been dispatched along with the documentation submitted.
The completed application has been dispatched to the Visa Application Centre for VFS to process and forward to you, in accordance with your instructions to them.
It is important you do not go to the VAC straight away as your passport may not be ready to collect for up to 48 hours. Please use the link below to check the exact collection times for your location."
Can anyone tell me will i get email or message from vfs that you can collect your passport ? or i need to visit vfs office after 48 hrs?
Thanks
