Set LR Criminal conviction

Hi there
I have a question regarding page 16 secrion E of set lr form.
On May 2015 I was given 4 penalty points and £180 fine from sherif court for speeding offence committed on July 2014. Initially ticket was for 3 points and 60£ fine but i foolishly took it to court and later accept liability.
My understanding is to give above offence details in question E1 on form.
Please advice if its correct

You should declare it on the form however it should not affect your ILR as 24 months have passed
