Naturalisation - Biometric Letter & Approval Letter, Which address sent if applied through Solicitor (OISC member)

Post by PS89 » Sat Sep 16, 2017 8:27 am

Hi All

I have applied for naturalisation through Solicitor (OISC Member). I was wondering which address (Applicant or Solicitor) the Biometric Invitation Letter and Approval Letter will be sent by UKVI. My solicitor have filled the section 1.18 to 1.20 (Representative Section).

Probably your solicitor.

Not sure why you used a solicitor, is youse case complicated?? If not complicated, an expensive form filling exercise when form AN is fairly simple given that you have been in the UK 10 years and married to a British spouse.
