require some advice please
i have a 6 months wage slips with the lowest wage is 1582.73
calculation is 1582.73(basic pay) x 12 = 18992.76 above the threshold
6 wage slips dated from
5th May
2nd June
30th June
28th July
25th August
23rd September
as you can see 2 wage slips in the month of June which makes it total 5 months period. does the ECO require 6 months wage slips or 6 monthly wage slips??
also the P60 ending April 2017 states total pay for the year is 12809.21.
employment contract states £7.50 per hour but does not mention basic hours worked but on the wage slips basic hours are 55hrs per week or 220 per month
Please advice how would ECO will look at this scenario

The requirement is not just 6 number of payslips but the 6 months payslips. I guess you gets paid after 4 weeks but you still should attach 6 months payslips with the documents not older than 28 days from application date. If your wages varying each month but you are with same employer from 6 months then you can select non-salaried otherwise salaried.

Don't attach p60 which is not mandatory but strictly 6 months (not 6 numbers) payslips with 6 months bank statement if category A

Yes and they should correspond with bank statements too.

Also to mention on 5 payslips there is £66 overtime every month which I haven't added to the gross figures in my previous post

August. 1650
September. 340

You have to include April too if you are applying in September. Based on above figures you can meet threshold by non-salaried route.
1230+ 1650+1560+1567+1650+1650+340+ (5months overtime × £66)= 9977/6×12= 19954

On form there is no separate section/box/column for non-salaried so i think you have to calculate your annual wages by yourself by following formula:
Total of 6 months wages/6×12= ££££.
I don't think your per hour rate of pay will matter because the requirement is in total gross wages instead per hour.

I think this calculation wrong bcos his getting 4 weekly pay so in year 52 week
HO count like this I think 1230+ 1650+1560+1567+1650+1650+340+ (5months overtime × £66)= 9977/28 week pay(ur 7 pay slip) =356.32 multiply 52 (12 month)=18528.64
If u want submit on Sep so don't send April one just send until September one but make sure that payslip date cover your 6 month I give u example..Sep 13 your 6 payslip so make application after 26 week mean after 28 Sep and before 11 October ..that I understood if I am wrong let me gurus..bcos I am applying too October or November depend how much I can make it October payslip ...waiting for other guru reply on my opinion

The question has already been over answered. OP hasn't confirmed that he/she gets paid every 4 weeks so all previous calculations are based on monthly wages and nowhere weekly calculations be made and moreover all previous answer are based on category A which too wasn't confirmed by OP to be in. However, if the wages being paid in weeks then you can use mathematical formula as how to convert weeks into months. But you shouldn't interfere others thread by inserting your own situation because maybe it won't reply either of you. Just create your own separate thread.

sorry to say i don't want to interfere others thread by inserting on my own situation. OP confirmed his/her 6 month wages(include june 2 time) n also said he/she got sep only 1 week paid 3 week unpaid so common sense his geting 4 weekly paid.I am just sharing my opinion bcos once we send application we can not do anything n after that suffering from all spending money,time,stress..i know i am not expert like you.
