Employees Chain

All Moderators Can answer my question i will appreciate that

i have two Employee A and B worked for me for Sept till March and on march they have given me notice they will not come and they left the job in end of April and with the meantime i recruited two employees C and D for the on the same job and they are currently working


Employee A and B were not paid for the month of April and in RTI it is mentioned Can you tell me


is the 12 months Chain of employees is broken ?

What do you mean by Chain of employees ? There is nothing like that that I am aware of.

The employment in a job does not have to be continuous anyway.

There is no such requirement

well there is requriement of job must countiune for 12 months in if u r extending your visa under tier1 entp leave to remain



so 2 settle works should work for 12 months atleast

172. A single job need not consist of 12 consecutive months (for example it could exist for 6 months in one year and 6 months the following year) providing it is the same job (different jobs that have existed for less than 12 months cannot be combined together to make up a 12 month period), and the jobs need not exist at the date of application, provided they have existed for 12 months.
