That is what I answered - no need for these details when applying for passport at the same time. Once your are naturalised = British citizen - HMPO will issue the passport. When it comes to apply for a renewal (in 10 years' time) all you will need is your naturalisation certificate and all uncancelled passports.ajayrathore wrote: ↑Wed Sep 27, 2017 9:41 pmHi alterhase58,
Thanks for the reply
If I understand it correctly getting citizenship and passport are two separate procedures? Even after getting citizenship, I sill need to apply for the British passport? My question was more about the details required for filling up the passport application.
Thanks,
Ajay
Not requiredNow, I have the P60's from last 5 years so thats not a problem, the real issue is the salary slips which I only have for the last 12 months as I've changed employer. So can I get away with just producing last 12 months pay slips?
Not required. You only need your passports to prove residence.Regarding residence, is it enough to produce tenenacy agreements from last 5 years?
Looks like my question was not clear, I have an Indian passport at present and I am going to apply for both British citizenship and passport at the same time, surely my Indian passport cannot be used for proving my residence in the UK?CR001 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2017 10:20 pmNot requiredNow, I have the P60's from last 5 years so thats not a problem, the real issue is the salary slips which I only have for the last 12 months as I've changed employer.
