Help with my ILR eligibility date please!

Hi!

My Tier 2 visa was granted on March 20, 2013 and I entered the UK on April 25 2013. When am I eligible to apply for my ILR?

I'm guessing April 20, 2018 but I'm hoping there's a chance I can actually apply on March 20??

Any help would be appreciated! :(

Anytime within 28 days before visa issue date.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
