hi

my daughter was born in india . came here as pbs dependent
now i have ILR as SET LR,

can she now apply for naturalisation?

my wife is still on pbs dependent, in process of swithing to flr M.

Because she was born in India , she will need to get ILR before she you can apply for her naturalisation. You can otherwise continue to extend her PBS leave.

i was extending her leave from last 4 yrs but now i have got ILR on basis of 10 yr.
so does she has to spent another 5 yrs on FLR M to get ILR and then naturilasation.
am i right?

There are no residential requirements for application under section 1(3) (child born in the UK before parent was granted ILR/PR).

If application under section 3(1) (children born abroad) - There are no residential requirements for children under 13 years old. Children 13-16 years old are expected to have lived in the UK for 2 years before applying. Children who moved to the UK aged 16 or more are likely to get refused and should apply as adults once they meet the Naturalisation requirements.

Wrong. As the OP got ILR based on long residence, the dependents can no longer extend PBS dep visas. They can only apply for spouse/child settlement visas and start a new 5 year residence.

In this OPs case, the child will follow the same path as the mother, FLR(M) for 5 years and then ILR before the child can register as British. One parent is required to be British (or applying at the same time as child holding ILR) and the other on ILR for a child born abroad to qualify once they have ILR.
