URGENT HELP NEEDED:IELTS /tier 1 HSMP extension?

Ihave passed IELTS IN 2003. IELTS is valid for 2 years only. I am now on HSMP visa and I need to extend my HSMP as tier1 next month. I dont know whether I have to give IELTS or not . I dont know evenI will be able to give IELTS before my expiry date on leave to remain Nowhere on homeofficeWEBSITE is mentioned about Validity date for IELTS. Please advise. Thanks a lot.

They'll accept them irrespective of age (providing it is at 6.5 or above).

I was looking for any evidence on the website but couldnt find.Can YOU PLEASE show me where they have mentioned about this
I understand there is case worker guidance notes somewhere available on this forum but they are old
Please help me I am in a big problem and stress
