Tier 2 ILR Children Status

Post by pakistanilife » Sat Nov 18, 2017 5:23 pm

Hi,

I and my wife will be applying for ILR in Jan 2018 from Tier2.

I am planning to visit UAE in the same month. I have two kids both are UK born so they are eligible for register as british citizen. As it might take couple of months to get their passport.

Can I travel to UAE and come back to UK using their current Tier2 dependant BRP which is valid until 2019?

Any help will be appreciated

Regards,

Sajjad

Fine to travel as long as the visa is valid.
