Tier2 ILR conditions, if any?

Hi to the Experts and everybody, who knows anything about this.

History:
Tier2 General 2011-2017
Got my ILR in 2016
Working with the same Employer since 2011.

Question:
Can I change my employment conditions?? such as (working hours, salary,duties, etc.) working to the same employer. I know, I can change employer but would like to stay with same one. Or will it raise questions at the time of citizenship application?
As I'm on ILR, I believe that I can change anything, due to the letter I got with approval of my ILR, which states:

1. You do not need permission from Government Department to take or change employment and any restrictions previously placed on your hours or type of application have now been lifted. You may engage in business or a profession, self-employed or otherwise as long as you comply with any general or statutory regulation for that business or profesional activity.

2. There is now no restriction on you living and working in the United Kingdom. However if you are thinking of going to live or work in the Isle of Man or one of the Channel Islands (which I'm not), you should first consult the immigratio authorities of the Island concerned.

Any advice on this, will be much appriciated.

Yes, its written on your BRP. It says status "Settlement". You are eligbile for public funds ,you can do anything you want. When you received your ILR its all written in the letter.

Its just one step before becoming UK citizen.

Its ok. It was not stupid at all. Its better to be clear than sorry later !

The only condition on ILR is that you should not be outside the UK more than 2 years. Small trips to UK will not count.
