ROA for child born in india while british passport has been processed

Hi Friends

My Daughter born in India,
myself(Father) is a British Citizen through naturalization.
mother is Indian national with spouse visa.

We have applied our daughter British passport from India and its under process. Now we realized that British passport will take longer than expected(16weeks), so searching for alternative options to bring my daughter to UK quickly.

Would like to know below possibility
1) Apply Indian passport for my daughter
2) Apply Right of Abode certificate

So she can travel to UK.

Please help me sorting my issue.
