I am so depressed and I would truly appreciate if someone could help.
I am legally married to my hubby who is a British.I came to uk last year and I was pregnant and I have a little baby with me.meanwhile during the pregnancy i have overstayed my visa and I have been facing different assault, violence and bully from my hubby,he always tell me if I call the police in which( I never ever intend to) that they will deport me.I went through starvation as well as I know no one to complain to.he eventually said I should go away with baby if am not ok with his life of fornication and all...I have only got baby birth certificate with me.
How do I regularise my stay in the UK as hubby is not ready to file for me as he promised from the start.
I will appreciate all advice

What is your husband's immigration status - British citizen or ILR?
On what visa did you enter the UK?
When did you get married?

How did you get to the UK and through UK immigration? The UK is not part of the Schengen area or visa system.
Please, unless you provide more information on the route you took to the UK, you cannot expect strangers on the internet to offer any useful advice.

So you have not overstayed in the UK after visa expiry because you did not have a UK visa.
There is still passport control to come over on the ferry so not sure how you manage to avoid the UK immigration authorities on both sides.
Were you 'hidden' in the vehicle?
Why did you not apply for a spouse visa from your home country before coming to the UK legally?

Cannot apply for spousal visa as hubby does not meet the 18600 financial requirements. ...

Did you pay for the birth of your child and any NHS care you have received?? You are not entitled to free NHS use and should have paid 150% of the cost.
Your only option is FLR(FP) 10 year partner route. Not easy to get given your circumstances and decisions can take 12 months or longer.

If this man is abusive to you, then you need to get out of the relationship immediately.
You child is a British Citizen, so you need not depend on him for spousal visa if he is abusing or ill-treating, you need to pull out.
