Further submissions no response after 9 months

Hi everyone, just wondering how long does it normally takes for the Home Office to make a decision on further submissions. I submitted my fresh evidence on the 12 May 2017. Claimed asylum in April 2007, refused in 2010. I have a 3 years old British child. So my fresh evidence is based on me being the main carer of the child. I'm no longer with the father. My solicitor send couple of letters to try and find out why they're taking so long to make a decision. The next step she's about to take is to make a complaint to the home office. I'm just wondering what is going on seriously. Many thanks

According to the FLR(FP) timelines, many of these applications are taking 12 months or more for a decision to be made.

Hi, it's been a year now on 12 May since I did my further submissions. I haven't received anything from the Home Office, not even a biometric appointment letter. My solicitor contacted the home office several times but to respond from them. She finally put a complaint in writing on the 9th of February. The Home Office replied on the 9 of March and gave us a time frame of three months. Hopefully they will reply soon.

Good news, hopefully they will conclude your case soon. I have received a letter for biometric screening stating that I have to do it within 5 working days. Thank God, I was available. I went to do it this afternoon. Hopefully by next I will hear a good news

Hi everyone, I hope you are all keeping well and being patient LOL. I'm still waiting. Hopefully they will grant us indefinite leave to remain after waiting for so long. It's been 17 months and I'm still waiting. I'm going to Croydon to sign next month. My last reporting was last year November. I hope and pray that this will be the last and final trip to the Home Office.

I didn't get any letter from the Home Office. Are they suppose to write any letter? I only received a travel ticket for reporting which they have been providing since I started reporting 2017 January.
