Is licence agreement would be okay for proof of accommodation for dependant visa in uk

Post by rosecatalla » Wed Mar 07, 2018 2:48 pm

Hi to everyone...
For my first concern: just want to ask if licence agreement will be okay instead of tenancy agreement. Since, my landlord is happy to provide a cover letter which states that the room is available for couples.
2nd concern: for my passport and my brp on which I will send a copy to my husband, do I need to notarized it from a solicitor? If it's needed..do u know any solicitor that u can recommend.
I am hoping for your kind response. Thank u so much. 😊😊

If there are more than one couple living in a property, you might need a property inspection report to prove it is not overcrowded.

Thank you so much..😊😊

Ahmm.. i would like to take this opportunity once again.if it's alright. 😊😊ahmm.. I was about to make an application online for my husband whose in the Philippines for dependant visa and I'm currently in tier 2 general.
There is an item that states the reason for visit.
The choices are the following for the reason: visit, work, study, settlement, transit, other, exempt. I don't know which category I will tick. Is it alright if I tick WORK
and visa type: general visa tier 2
visa subtype: general partner, up to 3 years. I don't know if it's the right thing...😊😊

Please keep all questions on the same application in ONE topic.

Tenancy agreement and letter from landlord is sufficient.

Hi! I was quite confused...ahhmm... My landlord was not the owner of the house. Her sister does. But she is the one who is managing everything. He is also an agent. Is it alright if his name appears in the tenancy agreement? As a requirement for my accommodation. Please help...thank u.
