URGENT! Passport back - no visa stamps but also no Decision Letter.

Hello all.

Can anybody advise, or do you have experience?

My husband collected his passport today but there are no visa stamps inside but more importantly NO DECISION LETTER TO GIVE REASONS FOR REJECTION.

What do we do now?

You need to be bit more precise as nobody will be able to provide you with any information until you give your timeline, which visa category he applied for, which country he applied from Etc.

Application category: Settlement visa - Spouse.
Applied: May 2017 - Albania (Application and Bio-metrics)
Application sent and acknowledged, and received by ECO UKVI May and June 2017.

Heard no more.

Many escalations via email and telephone (including the standard 31st October 2017 email quite a few people recieved)

March 2018 - TLS Contact Centre status changed to state Decision Made and Passport Ready for Collection.

One phone call from TLS to applicant in January to state that HO had been in contact (to confirm contact details and ask if applicant would be willing to submit to having bio-metrics taken again(?))

Passport collected.

No visa stamp yet also no standard UKVI Rejection letter.

Cannot appeal without rejection letter.

Sounds like a refusal to me considering there is no stamp

Did you have a solicitor? the refusal letter will be sent back to them if so... ours was
