Tier 1 dependent Switching Visa to tier 2

Hi everyone !
I have query.
My wife is on tier 1 dependent Visa. Can she switch to tier 2 Visa without leaving the UK?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

No she cannot. She must apply from home country.
