Family Settlement visa sending documents

Hi, My wife and daughter booked an appointment for family settlement visa in India, I am confused about sending documents to Sheffield!.

I got all supporting documents(payslips, appendix2,....), does my wife need to post their application form and English test to Sheffield? or I need to send a printed application form(not signed) along with supporting documents.

there are mixed views about it. Best should be to check it with local vfs global centre.

For India in some Vfs you get option to either scan and send or post it. Most people prepare themselves for sending it to Sheffield direct - in that case what most people do is have the applicant just submit biometrics and passport only in VFS and the sponsor sends everything else from within UK.

No. ONLY Biometrics and Passport submitted at VFS. Then you send everything to PO BOX in Sheffield.

If you are using scanning service then she gives them EVERYTHING to be scanned.

My wife applied for visa in Hyderabad India today, they just took her passport and biometrics, she needs to post Application, TB certificate and IELTS to Sheffield!, and I will be posting the supporting documents to Sheffield from UK. is it ok if I include a copy of application form as well?

You only post ONCE so you need to get all documents together such as Application, Appendix 2, TB cert etc in one bundle and send it straight to Sheffield. Get your wife to send you her documents such as TB cert etc and then you add it all together with your documents and send it together as ONE bundle.
