Family Visa

Post by humble_pie14 » Tue Mar 20, 2018 4:41 pm

Hi Guys,

I am started a new job 2 months ago, I have about 2 months salary slips, and I want to apply for spouse visa for my wife under Category B.

I am little confused how to go about, prior to starting this job I have a limited company through which I take salary and dividend.

But under category B, you suppose you show income of more than £18600 for last twelve months, how do I meet this requirement with limited company ?

if you meant from limited company your owns then its self employment and if so then you cannot combine that income with salaried/non-salaried category B route.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Yes its a limited company which I own, my next question is on Limited company accounts,
I know I have to submit my full years accounts with CT600 under Category F. The work I done during my last 2 months of last year, invoices for that work were cleared during this current year. Would I be able to claim those ? and Dividend which was originally declared during the last financial year, but actual payment took place during my current financial year. I can show proof in form of bank statement.
