Tier 1 Entrepreneur Application First Time

Hi Everyone!

Firstly, thank you in advance if you are taking out the time to read and reply to this.It means a lot.

I am a 25 year old Pakistani looking to apply for the first time and I had a couple of questions.

This are my questions:

I do not possess a bachelors degree. How much of that would put me at a significant disadvantage?

I am applying under the GBP 200k path. And I have GBP 300k available from my mother who has the funds in her bank account. Can my mother be classified as third party as long as she gives me an official letter?

I have 7 years experience of helping students gain admission abroad as an admissions consultant but I never registered my business officially and did not pay taxes since my income was not enough to pay taxes. How can I prove that experience in my business plan?

If I cannot show that, does an applicant's application suffer if they do not have any experience then?

I want to establish a business in UK regarding online and in person tutoring. But I am open to any other business as long as it guarantees that I get the Tier 1 Visa. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

How can I prove that experience in my business plan? You can try to get testimonials from the students and educational institutions

If I cannot show that, does an applicant's application suffer if they do not have any experience then? Yes, UKVI may be concerned about your genuineness

I want to establish a business in UK regarding online and in person tutoring. But I am open to any other business as long as it guarantees that I get the Tier 1 Visa. If you have any suggestions please let me know. There are no businesses that guarantees a T1 Visa
