Thanks Marcnath for your reply.marcnath wrote: ↑Tue May 22, 2018 4:30 pmP60, P11, P32 - not really needed for job creation.
Under the new guidance, my interpretation of Business activity is that you need to submit at least one business bank statement (or bank letter) and one tax document. This is to confirm that your business is an "UK business".
Otherwise, looks good

1) If I attach bank letter about business account than its fine or not. (For business activity)
2) Tax Document(I didnot submit this year financial accounts) but last year my company was in profit and i paid corporation tax in december 2017 as well. and i got one letter of corporation tax on 21 may 2017 last year. do you think that corporation tax paid invoice and last year HMRC Letter of corporation tax is enough to satisfy this requirement. (you know HMRC letter dated 21 may 2017.)
Thank you very much for your help.

Are you using a paper form or online form ?
If you are using the paper form, you should fill in the Job Table exactly as it appears in Pg 43. When you have an hourly rate change, you will enter it as a separate line in the job.
There has to be one table for each job (not employee).
Your second table is fine.
That is correct - you only combine jobs if they are part-time.Ali7770 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 06, 2018 3:24 pmHi Marcnath and everyone.
Hope you guys doing well.
I have one question regarding employment (Application from Table).
Pre April 2014.
I have created Four Jobs Full time (Minimum 130 hours or more Monthly)
A) July 2017 To May 2018. (Marketing Assistant) (11 Months FT)
B) November 2017 To May 2018.(Office Assistant) (7 Months FT)
c December 2017 To May 2018. (Marketing Assistant) (6 Months FT)
D) January 2018 To May 2018. (Marketing Consultant) (5 Months FT)
I have filled up Four Tables in application form for each employee.
I didnot combine any job in the job table, because i did not employ part time, all employess was full time.
Do you think i done in appropriate way.
Many Thanks

I haven't gone back and looked at your post, but I assume you are pre-April 2014, so going with transitional arrangements. Otherwise, this will not work.
Hi marcnath,Ali7770 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 07, 2018 2:23 pmHello Marcnath and everyone.
I have read the new Tier 1 (Ent) Guidance. (07/2018)
Can you please Clarify few Questions.
I already applied ILR last month.
1) Employee A (Eu Citizen) Eu Passport Copy.
2) Employee B (Eu citizen) Eu ID Copy
3) Employee C (Eu Citizen) Eu Passport Copy.
4) Employee D (British Citizen) British Passport Copy.
Can you please clarify that there passport and ID Copies are enough to prove that they are settled status in uk.
Because in the new guidance HO saying: (07/2018)
(i) the biometric data page of a British or EEA passport showing the photograph and
personal details of the employee;
(iv) if the employee is an EEA national, a UK registration certificate/permanent residence
document;
My Eu employees donot have UK registration certificate/permanent residence
document.
I got my extension with Eu employee ID and one of my employee is same (Hire again in Nov, 2017)
so do you think that It will not be any problem for me as one of my employee donot have Passport(Only Eu ID) and others donot have UK registration certificate/permanent residence
document.
Thanks in Advance

This has been updated for some time now.
When did you hire your employee ? There was another case where the applicant addressed it in the cover letter showing that he employed the EU person when the guidelines did accept ID.
There is nothing much you can do anyway, so let's home sm12's confidence is valid.
The other argument you can include is that UKVI has stopped issuing residence cards for EU nationals a couple of years back. So, it is not possible to get that any more.
It is very clear that a Passport is a sufficient document.sm12 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 09, 2018 11:41 pmmarcnath wrote: ↑Mon Jul 09, 2018 10:49 pm

I'm not sure if ID cards are accepted or not, but I do know of one case where the applicant's company's employee definitely did not have PR but did have an EU passport, and the application was approved a few months ago. In other cases, too, just the passports were accepted but I don't whether the employees had PR or not.
That's why I thought that perhaps PR is not necessarily required, but I don't know about ID cards.
That seems perfectAli7770 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 11:23 pmHello everyone.
Thanks for your valuable advice.
Marcnath my EU ID employee start working for my company in 01-Nov-2017. And I already claim job creation point in my extension application for same employee with Eu ID.
And before my extension application this Eu ID employee left the job and after that he join again my company with the same Eu ID and with same job Title in November 2017.
And second thing is that I am gonna send additional documents ( payslips, FPS, P11, P32) for the month of June 2018 to HO tomorrow.
And with this additional documents, my job creation month will be 25 months with passport holder employees only. (Two Eu passports and one British passport).
And my Eu ID employee job creation will be extra 8 months.
Do you think I am doing the right way ?
And my solicitor will send these additional documents to HO with covering letter that these documents (my client) send me and I am updating you these documents. While mentioning My case ID, D/O/B, Name, Nationally, etc.
I appreciate you time and valueable advice.
Regards
