Tier4 visa & proof of funds

Hi,

I have few questions on my wife's Tier4 VISA queries. My wife has got a confirmation on a long term University course. Hence she would apply for Tier4 General VISA. I am current on Tier2 ICT VISA since 2016, and would seek to convert to Tier4 dependant VISA along with our daughter ( 9 year old). My wife is getting a CAS from the University. She will need to apply from Home Country.

The following are the questions:

1. As I am on Tier2 ICT primary VISA, do I have the option of "switch" within UK to Tier4 dependant? Or I need to go back to my home country and get the VISA changed.
2. Since we already stay in a rented house for the last 2.5 years, my wife will not require a separate accomodation. Do we still need to the show proof of funds for accomodation for 9 months?
3. Is there a locking for Tier2 ICT primary VISA holders for 1 year for Tier2 general conversion, even when I am on Tier4 depedant?
