Ooo f**k u are right, sorry my question is misleading
Anyway, was asking if anyone is waiting for Rcos from within the UK like me
All employers apply for RCoS within the UK. All visa applications are made outside the UK, so your point is not really relevant as doesn't matter where the applicant is, they still have the same process to follow as those outside the UK. People waiting within the UK are usually waiting for a UCoS for an extension of a Tier 2 visa or switching from a category that is allowed to within the UK.
I stand corrected. Thank you

Why 8 months?
Should you not have got through in Jan/Feb/April?
I had lower salary back then, got bumped up to 50k in May.
Probably you are getting through this month.
But, did your employer undertake new Rmlt for higher salary?
From what I know, if employer decides to increase salary they need to conduct a new RMLT.
I was also in the same situation. Got my salary revised to get 50 pts and yes my employer had to do a fresh RLMT. Because of that I had to miss the june allocation. Applied for july month now.
Also having seen similar questions in the past like yours, I have seen members saying that you will not need a fresh RLMT if the advertisement had mentioned competitive as the salary bracket. I am not sure what my employer had in their first RLMT. But I know they did a fresh one after raising the salary.
Luckily I didn't have to miss out on participating in RCoS allocation for any month (though it wouldn't have made much of a difference) because of the strategy employed by my employer. My employer always has multiple active RLMTs in place for various salaries. So my guess is that they might have assigned a 50k RLMT against my case, when they applied with revised salary in May.

I understood what you meant! I spent several months waiting in the UK for RCOS on 44 or 45 pts (Tier 2 ICT dependant) but had to leave in May when that visa expired. So I am currently waiting abroad and working remotely. You are very lucky to have enjoyed the hot summer there!

Applied under Shortage occupancy and employer didn't provide any other details.
Good luck to all who are waiting for the result

Anyone with a ~40-45 score getting through? Is it the end of the allocations this month with 50 being the cut-off or should we still hope fpr lower scores in the next couple of days?
Regards

55 points, Non SOL, Non NHS.. Still waiting
HO requested for further documents and my employer submitted them on 10th July. So, Please may I know if my RCOS application will be considered in July allocation? or will it be moved to August?
Please may I know if there are any articles on this forum relating to this and did anyone of you have similar situation
Hi,
I´m in the same situation and waiting with 55 points. I asked my HR about that and the answer was:
"As the HO requested more info, it had to be in by the 10th to enable it to be considered in the July allocation"
The appliocations without requested from HO must be in by the 05th each month.
Hi
Please may I know if you heard back from your employer as my application is still under review status

I'd be very very surprised if 40-45 gets through this month. I know most people say that it's only the second day and more can come through over the next few days however I have been on this forum since December and I have yet to see this happen. Generally the first two days settles where the points are for the month.
I'm on my 8th month applying. And this whole process is absolutely ridiculous

I sadly think I have to agree. The first day usually did have the cut off. What is it going to take to get the 45s though...
