All,

I want to apply for a family friend of ours to visit us.

she is 24 and currently studying master in pakistan. she works part time 1 day a week and her entire family are in pakistan

I am British and also my family live here. we want to invte her for 2 weeks to see us and pay for her visit.

I am happy to provide my payslips and also copy of council tax showing our mortgage or council tax.
What are the chances of she getting visa?

What documents do they need from her to show she intends to return ?
She definatly does intend to return but looking around so many people have been rejected with various excuses by the officer saying she/he is not satisfied they will return

in another word my two main questions are:

can we as family friend sponser her and promise she will leave the uk on time ?
She is a close family friend but not linked by blood.

2.how can she proof she is returning? I am thinking copy of her university certificate and letter from her work and the fact that his entire family are in iran.
