Well that is a bit of a set-back for those of us waiting at 40. I really do hope we get some answers. This is ridiculous that we are this late into the month with no information on what is happening. I am getting very frustrated because I need make alot of decisions based on this one outcome

Yesterday somebody posted 40 points is cleared , so let wait for 2 more days to see the senerio, i guess by Friday we will more clear what going on in process. It taking long time to know the status for many of us.

My employer saying their request is again rejected to apply for CoS 2nd time (its not the CoS for me but application where they get some limits to apply for CoS). Could someone tell me reason why this can happen. Employer saying they don't get any refusal reason.

I have been watching this forum since Jan, but never commented. We have been applying since March.
I was declined rCoS yesteday, non PhD, non SOL but I am NHS. On 29 points. Hoping to get through soon.

I know of 7 people who got through this month, chartered accountants with big 4. All score of 42 and above.
