apply for BC for my daughter

Hi,

I am applying to naturalize my 4 years old daughter as British citizen, so I have to fill in the form on behalf of her, but I found a requirement below in form, anyone knows if I have to have it? any idea?

If the application is being made by a guardian, evidence of their right to do so, such as a deed, will or court order.
