You need to provide some background information about yourself and your visa history. Did you study in the UK?

No, because you studied in the UK

Do i need to mention regarding my husband salary, because we are not providing any of his payslip (applying both together)

This is only referring to money received from outside. If your parents, friend or relatives give you money regularly to support you, then you can answer yes. if not, the answer is No
3) Page 18 section 5.7

Complete the following table indicating the sources and levels of income as indicated in 5.1 -
5.6 that you and your partner are relying on to maintain you and any dependants adequately.
Income source Interval received (weekly/
monthly amount)
Amount

What i need to fill in the table (only my salary or any thing else?)

This will be your salary, benefits and regular financial support from friends or relative (if applicable). Otherwise it is just your salary

4) Page 19 section 5.9

D D M M Y Y Y Y

Do i need to mention the date first i entered in the UK when am student or i need to mention my 1st tier2 stamping date (If am applying via tier2 route)
This is the day your ist tier 2 started. It is the same date you are basing your 5 years ILR on

6) Page 23 section 6.14

Regarding dependant - do you have any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018? Yes or No

what i need to select yes or no and do i need to mention my husband absence from UK as well as same as myself, because he dont have any absence letters

have you or your dependent applied for visa after 11 Jan 2018? I belive your answer here should be NO

7) Page 27 section 7.13

How long have you lived in the UK? years months

Do i need to mention from my first entry in the UK when am in student or only from tier2 starting date?
I guess this is referring to how long you have stayed in the UK, so yes mention since you first came in as a student

8) Page 67 section 12A

You should only fill section 14.1, if you are using a solicitor. Otherwise, leave it

Generally they ask for originals unless otherwise specified. However, if your employer is not willing to send it then you don't have a choice do you?

I'm sure your HR team would be considerate enough to post it (it doesn't cost a thing), so ask them to post it first. If they decline, you can always go and collect it yourself...

If other experienced members here confirm that scanned copy is OK then you can avoid your 4 hrs trip.
My advice is based on personal research/experience, so pls check relevant UKVI sources.

Section 12 of the application form says documents must be originals and if not you need to provide a reason why they are not originals.

So be prepared to explain why they are not, I don't think your reason is convincing. Employer letter is important part of the application, I suggest use the original.
If HR is lazy to post, just schedule a collection using one of the services, and they will pick it up from your office and deliver to you.

Dear Team,

I have got some doubt regarding my ILR application, i have booked ILR date for me and for my dependant (Husband) on 13th Oct, but now i got some doubt regarding my dependant

I was switched from PSW to Tier2(General) on 07/11/2013 (Visa stamping date) now am going on tier2 5 years route, my husband switched from PSW to tier2 dependant when my tier2 visa got approved and his Tier2(dependant) visa stamping date is 13/12/2013, but now we have booked ILR on same date on 13th oct 2018 (Which is 28 days before on my 5 yrs route), is this ok if we both together go for ILR application or my husband is not eligible to apply ILR yer, as he not yet finished his 5yr route on tier2-dependant (But he is already in UK when he switched from PSW to tier2-dependant)

Can you please some of the senior person reply me as soon as possible so that we will change the appointment

Then he does NOT qualify for ILR yet.

He can apply no sooner than within 28 days before his tier 2 dependent visa issue date.
