Son Visa PBS dependent

Hi

I am currently on tier 2 5 years general visa. I had a boy recently and applying for tier 2 dependent visa in country. What should i answer for this What is the length of Mr XYZ Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)? less then 3 or over 5. This is deciding my application cost and my son just need less then 2 year visa right ?

your visa as main applicant is 2.5 year. Of course your son's dependent visa is less than 3 years.
