ILR Premium service appointment

ILR Premium service appointment

Hello, has anyone had a difficult time getting to book premium service for ILR appointment. The system keeps saying there are no appointments available for the next 45 days for ALL the centres and I am wondering if there is an issue with the booking system or this is actually the case.

What would be the best way to proceed with this ?

Many are having problems booking appointments.

Try at 12 midnight. Usually, new appointment dates are released around that time

I have emailed them about this but i am very desperate as well.

Good to know its not just me.

Does anyone know about how agencies get their appointments? Is it the same way?

Same way as everyone else. Agencies no longer get any preference due to the abuse of the appointment system a few years ago where they were selling slots on, after block booking, at ridiculous prices.

Thank you for your email correspondence of 12 October.

This inbox is only for technical support enquiries for applicants applying online within the United Kingdom via GOV.UK link https://www.gov.uk/visas-immigration.

There is currently no reported problems with our online booking service.

Appointment availability is only up to 45 days, we are unable to confirm current availability.

The system will automatically take you to the nearest available date (where available), if the date you require is not available.

Timeslots will be displayed for you to choose from below your chosen date only when appointments are available for that particular day.

An error message may appear when you have chosen a date where there is currently no availability.

We can only advise to keep checking for further availability.

Please consider using a different internet browser or refreshing the browser cache/history to fix the problem. You will need to close all the application before you do this.

Unfortunately we are unable to book, cancel or reschedule appointments.

@tee27 any luck on appointmetn. I overslept and only logged on at 1230 - same issue. Nothing available for 45days
