Dear all,
I've submitted my HSMP application on May 12th, as i'm currently a student, i've provided my previous employer's contact information for HO. But I've just informed by my previous employer that they have moved to a new office since May 19th. So i need to notify HO of the new address and telephone of my previous empoyer.
I searched on HO''s website, and find the e-mail and fax to notify a change of the address, which is fax: 0114 207 6021,
e-mail:hsmp.workpermits@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.
I've sent both the e-mail and fax to HO, but i received a auto responsing e-mail, saying "Due to a recent large increase in the number of HSMP applications received," they cannot reply. And the fax also couldn't get through.
So I'm very worried now, because I need to inform HO the new contact information of my employer as soon as possible, or i'm afraid it may lead to a refusal if HO cannot get in touch with my employer.
I kindly request you to give me some valuable suggestions of how to manage to inform HO of this new information, I really appreciate your kindness! Thank you very much!
