Hi All,
This is so urgent!
I am already employed by a company. Now they agreed to sponsor me. We have requested RCOS.The home office asked for further evidence.They have asked weather I am an existing or previous employee. Is that fine to submit my contract of employment given earlier and they also asked payslip if im already an employe. Will this prove my RLMT is fake.

Are you in the UK already? If so, how are you working without sponsorship?
Or are you outside the UK?
I am confused as to why RCoS has been applied for?

I am currently in uk holding tier 2 dependent visa. Since my employer is ready to sponsor now, I need to apply from my home country under tier 2 general hence we requested RCOS.

Thats part of process. They also requested same documents from my employer so dont worry.

I have recently switched from a Tier 2 Dependent Visa to a Tier 2 General while working for the same employer. As long as the RLMT and other formalities have been taken care of as mentioned in the guidelines, it should not be a problem.

1) I understand from your response that If RLMT is conducted properly nothing should be a problem even if I am the existing employee which is a good news for me.
2) If so, since you have gone through the same process as mine, at the time of submitting documents for visa application in my home country do I need to give offer letter given earlier or new one in the future date

As has been mentioned on various other threads, post the assigning of your RCOS, you'd be applying as a new hire, therefore you would need a new offer letter, there can be a mention of continued employment on your offer letter.
