Acknowledgement letter for Online Application FLR(M)

Dear Gurus,

I applied for my wife & daughters visa extension on 17 Oct & documents received by Home Office on 26 Oct.

Visa Expiring on 28 Oct.

I haven't received any acknowledgements yet. I have seen many people here have received the same.

Do I need to worry?
