hi Lisa i received reply from home office on 22 Oct , i made complaint and read below

Dear Mr -------


Thank you for your email correspondence of 7 September where you have raised a complaint about the delay in considering your further submissions, which were made on --- August 2017, as this delay is having an adverse affect on your health.



Although I can understand your frustration in the delay in making a decision, it may be helpful if I explained that there is currently no service standard on the consideration of further submissions.



However, we will aim to consider your further submissions within the next five months.



I am unable to uphold your complaint.



I hope this answers your concerns and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.



I believe I have addressed all the points you have raised. However if you feel that there are specific aspects that have not been addressed you can request a review of our response within one month of the date on this letter by writing to us at: complaintsreview@homeoffice.gov.uk.

i made further submission in august 2017 and its more than 14 months now and they told still 5 months to wait.

Hello everyone
I received reporting latter in may with further submission document.and my solicitor submit further submission with fresh evidence in July since I didn’t recieve any acknowledgement or anything from home office
Just last month I recieve latter from them asking me sign and send back medical consent form and renew your expire passport
I am worried about becosue it came from return process team

My next sign in January and same month my son going to 7 year.
Give me some advice

my question is that , did you ever claim asylum? only failed asylum seeker can do further submission

Apply article 8 on private life and medical on my son basis got refuse in March than recieve reporting doc with further submission form
My solicitor submit further submission In July via post since no acknowledgement recieve
Now they require renew my passport and apply my new born daughter passport

Hello everyone, just to let you know that I have been granted leave to remain (2 and half years/30 months) . Decision was made on 31 October 2018, Card issued on the 14 November and I received it on the 22 November 2018. I wish you guys all the best and I pray that you will have a Testimony very soon. I already had a national insurance number and it was printed on my biometric card. I have put the application for the universal credit thing mainly because I have two young children and not in the position to take up a full time job so my interview is on Tuesday with the job centre. Wishing you a wonderful festive season. I will pop in here and there to check up on the thread.

Same situation as ours. Still on a waiting game. Its been about 17months this January 2019 of wait.

There is so much delay
