Mn1 or Form T

Post by Linben123 » Wed Jan 23, 2019 1:42 pm

Hello, I have been filling in Form T for my child, who is 10 and was born and lived all his live in the Uk. However, I have been struggling with the absent dates for the 10 years of his life, also the 10 years of actual residence in the uk is hard to prove, especially the first few years, when he was not in education.
Now, I thankfully received Eea PR for myself yesterday. Am I right to think that now that me, his mother is a permanent residence ( he does not have PR certificate himself)I can use Mn1 form to start naturalisation. This form asks for only absent stated in the last 3 years and would be a lot easier, to be honest. It would be really helpful to hear back from you guys! Any advice would be useful!
