Refugees British Citizenship application

I got refugees status in 2009 then ilr in 2015 ,now i am thinking to apply for nationality as i waited for 10 years because at the time of asylum i was overstayer .After ILR i got my home country passport and traveled on it twice but not to home country just for holidays as those countries do not accept refugees travel document and on entry immigration officer did not ask me about why i obtain passport .
My question is will it effect my nationality application

If you are asking whether travel using your national passport for holidays (but not to home country) will be an issue - no issue as far as I can tell.
