thanks for the quick reply!
Exactly.
You pretty lucky because you still can meet the financial requirement through category A non-salaried person as indicated below:carolsre wrote: ↑Wed Jan 30, 2019 11:54 pmMe again![]()
I have been told by an advisor that as long as he meet the minimum requirement we should be ok with this gap, for example if the payment for 8 months is 2000 + 2000 + 2000 + 1750+ 0 +0+2800 + 2800 =13350/8= 1668.75 * 12 = 20025.00 annual gross (he is on a non salaried employment - hourly rates).
Is someone in a similar situation please? Any advice will be very appreciated. I just ask one question for this adviser but can't afford now a full representation!

Total of last 6 months wages/6*12=
2000+1750+0+0+2800+2800= 9350/6*12= £18700
In my opinion to keep the case straight don't use his income from subcontracting rather use a good covering letter to explain the above calculations via category A non-salaried person route. Also make sure to attach 6 months of payslips even 2 blank ones with corresponding bank statements and the employer letter.carolsre wrote: ↑Thu Jan 31, 2019 12:27 amThank you for the quick reply!seagul wrote: ↑Thu Jan 31, 2019 12:16 amYou pretty lucky because you still can meet the financial requirement through category A non-salaried person as indicated below:carolsre wrote: ↑Wed Jan 30, 2019 11:54 pmMe again![]()

And another question, you know if it will be a problem if part of this income is from another job? He works as a roofer for a company as a subcontracter but he does by himself some extra jobs on the weekends sometimes, making some extra money. He invoice his costumers and pay the taxes, also deposit the money on the bank, everything can be checked. This extra money would count as part of his income too? Thank you!
