Naturalisation Application Questions

Hi everyone. I'm new to this and I want to apply for British God willing. My question is:
1- can the first reference be a deputy manager at an NHS hospital?
2- can the second reference be my friend who's I live with in the same house ( will be the same address) ?
3- I'm married to bc but separate for the last two years but I did applied as married to a British citizen. Is that okay or better to apply under the 5 years ? (I'm here since 6/2012 and have ILR 6/2016 ) .
4- Due to family issues I moved to 8 addresses since 2012 . Will this appears to be negative or raise any suspension
5- Is the HO going to contact my wife to ask if she wants to continue living with me/in the relationship? ( As I've heard before applying for my ILR ) ? As she might say:" we're separated and he only marry me for getting his papers/British " ( as she always telling me) !.hense I really don't need her passport to apply for naturalization.
6- will I need my wife's passport to scan when uploading the documents and in the appointment?
7- in case my wife refused to give me her passport, can I edit the current application to be under the 5 years instead of applying as married to BC ? Or I'll have to apply online from the beginning again?
