MN1 for 1 year old

I arrived to UK in 2014 and will be applying for Permanent Residence card.I am the EEA member(Poland).
My son was born in October 2017.
I was wondering if I should wait until I get my PR and apply for British Citizenship (MN1)for my son.
How much time do I have after I get my PR to apply with MN1?
Is there any specific age rule or should I do it asap?
