Sharing visit experience to Sopra Steria Service Point

Just wanted to share our experience for the above topic!

Some details:
Category: MN1 - Registration of child born in the UK before parents got their ILR
Appointment type: Free Visit with no extra services
Service Point: Croydon

1. Once you turn up, you would need applicants ID documents ready in hand for checking
2. Make sure you have a print copies of your appointment letter with the QR code on it, lady at the reception desk will sign you in
2. Going through airport style security
3. You will then make your way towards waiting room filled with around 40 people at a time,
4. Get yourself a ticket from a desk and wait for your number to come
5. Your booked time for appointment is irrelevant at this point and may take up to 45 minutes before your number will be called
6. You may have to go in and out of waiting room for your bio metrics to be taken
7. Once your turn will come, a sopra representative will see you at the desk to go through the process
8. They may ask to see uploaded documents if something is not readable and scan at their desk
9. Referee forms were not seen or collected and we brought it back with us (wasn't sure what was the point of writing name and date at the back of photos)
