Child born abroad-parents both got ILR-what to do now

Post by asifvet » Sun Feb 24, 2019 11:53 pm

Hi,
Can I get some help please.
We have 11 year old daughter born abroad, she is living in UK for 10 years now. We both have just got ILR based on long residence last week. Our daughter was on Tier 2 dependent visa until Dec 2019. I am not sure what is her status now?

Can we apply for her registration? since she is not born in UK. (We both have to wait an year for naturalisation)

Or we have to apply for her ILR too?

Thank you

Applying for child's ILR may be best. Followed by registration with parent's naturalisation
