Hi All,
I will complete 1 year of ILR on 12th March, 2019.
I like to apply online and submit document to sopra steria.

I like to know earliest date i can apply online and submit the application online?
after submission how to get an appointment to submit document to sopra steria.
if appointment not available what can I do, like send documents to HO over post?

Once you have completed the full 12 months on ILR. Also make sure that the date you apply is a date 5 years ago that you were physically present in the UK. Date of online submission and payment is the date of application.

Should be no issue getting an appointment. If none available (depending on how flexible you are), then yes, you could just post the original documents to HO.

Hi All,
I have some queries about Referee.
I am applying online and added my wife in the same application.
Question
1> I cannot see the form/declaration each Referee has to sign, would this be at the after the form submission?
2> My friend (who will be My referee - normal British citizen) and her mother-in-law(who will be My wife's referee - Professional Referee) - Is this ok [as per guide Referees must: not be related to the other referee], as they are referee for two different individual
3> My Manager (I work in a VAT registered Multinational Company) happy to become my Professional Referee. Would this be ok?

2. You can't use referees that are related.

One more question, while filling Form AN, it is asking previous application Reference. will I use BRP number?

Hi All,
In the naturalisation application to proof living in UK, I have to submit the passport.
Passport I used to enter UK, expired last year which has Immigration stamp.
In application I provided new Passport number.
Can I submit old/expired Passport to proof I am living in UK for 5+ years.?

Also If old passport cannot be accepted by UKBA, I can submit P60.
But my wife donot work, how she can proof her residence, any idea please. (Council tax bill is not accepted)

Any passport (expired/current) can be used to prove your residency.
Council Tax bills are acceptable by UKVI for your wife's residence as they are official communications.
