Help With Document Check for my ILR Tier 1 Entrepreneur

Hi Guys,
I am making my application for ILR Tier 1 Entrepreneur Route on 14th March 2019. I need help with checking to make sure all are correct and that I'm not making any mistake or missing out anything/documents, please.

NB 1: Initial Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa granted = 11th April,2014. Extension granted = 10th November 2017. Due for ILR = 11th April, 2019 But can apply 28 days earlier = 14th March 2019.

NB 2: I have created 2 Full Time jobs (1 Full-time Employee and 3 Part-time Employees)-

Job 1: Admin/Accounts Assistant
Employee 1 = 01-03-2018 to 30-06-2018 (Part-time with an average of 24 hours/week)
Employee 2 = 01-07-2018 to Present (Part-time with an average of 23 hours/week)
Employee 3 = 01-03-2018 to Present (Part-time with an average of 17 hours/week)
Job 2 : Consultant
Employee 1 = 01-03-2018 to Present (Full-time with an average of 33 hours/week)

The following documents were displayed for submission after filling out the online application:
1. The passport
2. Life in the UK Test pass notification
3. The degree certificate to prove the level of English language required
4. Companies House documentation to demonstrate your registration
5. Employee Payment Records, original HM Revenue & Customs P45 or P46
6. For directors of a company - a printout from Companies House of the company's filing history page and of a Current Appointment Report to show that you are/were a director of each business for the period
7. Real Time-Full Payment Submissions
8. Evidence of immigration status in the UK
9. Signed Declaration to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
10. Current Biometric Residence Permit
11. Documentation to prove the employee was a settled worker for example, the biometric page of a British passport showing the employee's photograph and personal details
12. HM Revenue & Customs documentation to demonstrate your registration
13. Wage or pay slips to cover total period of employment created for each worker

1. My Int'l Passport
2. Life in the UK Test pass notification
3. My MBA degree certificate
4. Companies House printout of CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION,GENERAL COMPANY DETAILS & STATEMENTS OF OFFICERS, CAPITAL & SHAREHOLDINGS, GUARANTEE, COMPLIANCE MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION, ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION.
5. P11 for all Employees, P45 for 1 Employee, P60 for 1 Employee P32 + Employer End-of-Year Summary - to be signed
6. Current Appointments Report
7. RTI (March 2018 to February 2019)- to be signed
8. Biometric Card
9. Signed Declaration
10. Biometric Card
11. Photocopy of National ID Cards for all employees, Proof of Address for all employees, P60 for 1 of the employees,
12. UTR Letter for Self-Assessment + Notice to File Corporation Tax Letter
13. Payslips (March 2018 to February 2019) for all employees - to be signed

In order to avoid submitting any unnecessary information, I have decided to limit my submission to only those requested as above. I hope I'm no missing anything. Help out, please. I appreciate.
