Citizenship for a disabled person with an EU passport

I’m currently completing the citizenship form and for proof of living in the uk will the yearly benefits from the DLA be enough ?

You mean the document confirming DLA, for every year? Should be ok as it's an official document if it covers the five year period before your application.
